Always great beef products! I learned they also carry some other great items from other local farms. Callie, Jodi & Lee are always so friendly & hospitable. Today (5/6), Callie took Evan & Lindsay on a tour to see the pigs, cows, tractor & skid steer. Jodi & I had nice conversation on the porch while making my purchase. We are so excited for all that was purchased today. (12/9) Callie is always so happy & welcoming when you first arrive. Jodi is always so accommodating & helpful. She helps you decide on best cut of meat for your meals/recipes.

Local family farm committed to being good stewards of the land they've been entrusted with as the next generation. We've been customers for years and regardless of the cut of beef it's always the highest quality with exceptional flavor. Our favorite - probably the Rib Roasts but its hard to beat the 6oz burgers too. Equally important, they are committed to the local community, serving on numerous non-profit and local government boards, helping and supporting others.

This is just THE BEST beef. We found this farm after we realized this is where some of our favorite restaurants get their beef. We now drive out from Bethlehem and stock up whenever we can.
