Scott does a fantastic job. Spoke with him over the phone for an hour and he is a true professional who is passionate about raising healthy and happy cows. When I went to pick up our 1/4 from the butcher, the butcher also speaks very highly of Gaughran Cattle Company, and Scott’s farm. If you’re considering grass-fed, do it! These guys are awesome!
This is a well-established farm with very good quality beef. We get meat from Scott every year.
