Very nice staff, welcoming environment, and decent prices. Unfortunately, they put lots of chemicals in their packaged meats (brats, sausages, hotdogs, etc)

Average meat market experience, nice workers. Their Polish is very good, and I LOVE their Cheddar Brats! On the down side, their bacon was bland, it had hardly any flavor. Maybe we just got a bum pack, but I won't try again to see.
Our cow was supposed to be done weeks ago and they have never called to tell us it's done. They also never answer the phone, and no way to leave a message. Will be going somewhere else next time.
The jerky is amazing and their smoked salmon is some of the best I've ever had! Don't forget fresh hot dog buns when you get a package of "old fashioned weiners" to grill!
Best venison processing out there hands down! Take your deer there, you won't be disappointed. Update, this year I dropped off my venison 5 months ago, cant get anyone to give me any details on when it will be ready. Now, nobody answers the phone. This will be the last time I bring my meat for processing. Apparently the new owner doesn't care.
We brought 112 lbs of venison in March of 2022. Was told 2 weeks. Called in April, was told again a couple weeks. Finally in July I just went in because they quit answering my calls. Gave me a run around that they would be done in a week. I did get a small box of jerky, certainly not 112 lbs though. Went back again in August was told that Sat. Now it is Nov 2022 no meat yet!
Had a package of meat ordered for 3 weeks and was told today they couldn’t sell it to me for advertised price. They had my phone # and made me wait for 3 weeks. No phone call no info just a sorry was all I got. Will never go back.
Has great cuts of meat for fresh eating and his sausage making is very good as well
I needed 5 hams smoked in 7.5 days. He got it done no problem. Good service, great flavor.
