Had heard of their meats for a while. Finally stocked up on Ribeyes and meats for 4th of July weekend. Great assortment of everything including frozen cheese sticks. 2 ribeyes from the farm for $30. Good deal these days. Worth the drive from Battle Creek.
Decent place, nice lady working the cash register. Spare ribs didn’t have much meat ( more like baby backs )but the bacon wrapped chicken breasts were amazing.
My mom use to get our meat from here when I was a kid and they have the best selections ever.
Great little meat shop that works with local farmers for the best quality and price around. Keep an eye on their Facebook for bundles deals. You can’t get a better deal for the quality. Everything I have had has great flavor. My sisters has even used them to proceed and package a cow of hers at a reasonable price.

Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We've had a few of our animals processed through them and are/were very happy with the results. I love their selections!

I don’t often put out bad reviews, but I felt like this was worth my time. This roast is one home grown beauty that we took to Galesburg Meat Co. for processing. This is what I received back. Along with many of my buyers who purchased the same steer, we received ground hamburger with blue dye in it. They were also more expensive to process the meat when clearly there was no effort put in after it was slaughtered at a different company. Needless to say we will never be sending any meat to Galesburg meats ever again. I called them and they acted like this was no big deal. I’m sorry l sell this beef to provide for my family and small farm and it is a big deal! We pride ourselves on quality, and clearly they do not.
Great meat packages, getting expensive though
They recently in the past few months changed the snack sticks to larger sticks which have recently had more grissles in them and has changed the flavor of them. Those were a big hit but I will not purchase anymore of them until they go back to the old style. I will buy the beef jerky instead

Completely satisfied with their service. We have been calling around to get pork trimmings to make hunter sticks. No one around us would answer their phone, return our calls, or they didn't have pork. GMC was phenomenal at answering our questions and quick to get us our product when we arrived. They are just under an hour drive and I will definitely be making the drive when we need more! They also have a much larger selection then the place we normally go to so we will be ordering from them when we need more meat.
Lady was very nice. Fixed up my 50# bundle quick! Nice young man put it in my car for me too! Excited to try their meat! It was my 1st time going there. I drove from Battle Creek.

Better prices than grocery stores and the meat is SO MUCH BETTER! Since my initial review I’ve had the chance to try their BACON SAUSAGE, and their BACON HAMBURGER. Do I really need to say more? Their products are locally sourced and quite amazing. The porterhouse steaks are the most tender I’ve ever had.
As I was driving threw Galesburg, I noticed a sign for Galesburg Meat Company. I stopped and purchased two Filet Mignon Steaks. When I was ready to cook them, I opened the sealed packaging and took them out. They did not look like a Filet Mignon, but looked like a Sirloin, but I figured I might be wrong. Cooked them, and the texture and flavor was definetly not Filet Mignon, but that of a Sirloin. SHAME ON YOU, SELLING SIRLOIN FOR THE PRICE OF A FILET MIGNON. I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM.
