Fresh Meats

I recently purchased meat from this store and was immediately concerned by a strong chemical odor. While I understand that certain smells are common in meat markets, it appears that a chemical spray is being used to mask the odor of the fresh meat — and unfortunately, that chemical scent was absorbed by the meat itself. This raises serious food safety concerns. I strongly urge the relevant health or safety department to inspect this establishment promptly to help prevent any potential risk of foodborne illness.

This place is clean and sells fresh halal chicken, goat, lamb, beef, fish with plenty of options to pick from. Their meat quality is far better then Apna.

It's where I get specialty meat like goat. It's always fresh and the customer service is fantastic.

Great place for Goat meat, chicken and Fish lovers. I bought freshly cut Goat meat and chicken recently. The quality is exceptional and so is the customer service. One of the owners, kartik was very welcoming and helpful as I entered their store. I cooked the Goat meat that night which turned out delicious and not time consuming to cook at all. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will continue buying from here.

Clean store, friendly and courteous staff/owner, reasonably priced, good quality stuff and great service! They cut, trim, chop and mince to your satisfaction. Lots of choices for not just ethnics but EVERYBODY. What is not displayed can be obtained upon request. It is simply a great place to shop for meat (beef, lamb and goat) poultry and fish! Their warm welcome and personalized service puts the customer in a good mood as soon as he steps in the store. They carry a lot of varieties of FISHES - a wide selection for Asian Customers... Good Job guys!!

Great selection of halal meat and poultry. The customer service is great and all the staff is super friendly. Their prices are fair and the meat is always fresh, cleaned and prepped properly. I love their pre-marinated meats as well and always get some when I visit.

Don’t go to this place to by any meats. They are a complete rip off. I went in there last week to buy some lamb chops. The chops they had given me barely had any meat on the bones. Furthermore, my receipt said baby goat and lamb chops mix. There were 2 different prices on my ticket per lb. If I could I’d rate this place less than 1 star . This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Also they had the wrong labels on the meat behind the counter. The chops had a label on it that said kidney and spleen. However, I know what chops look like and I know what the kidney and spleen looks like from an animal. Very unprofessional.

Best place to get Indian fish in Jacksonville. I have tried 3 different places before zeroing on my view. Fish are fresh and tastey. Even though it's too early to brag about store, but my feeling it's worth to visit the store and check for yourself...thumbs up to the owner to bring it to people of Jacksonville!!!!

Excellent customer service and great quality products. They have chicken, beef, lamb, and goat meat, in addition to a nice collection of local and international fish. You can get the fish frozen or call in advance to have the fish cleaned and cut to your preference.

Fresh meats is a great place to get your halal meat from. They have a good selection of meats along with some flavorful pre-marinated ones that I’ll be stocking up on for sure. Overall, this is my new go to place.. meat is fresh, the customer service is great and most importantly, the pricing in fair.
