I have been a guest at the farm several times over the last two years and all I can say is that it is like a slice of heaven on earth! I have read a lot about the philosophy of being closer to our food source and it all makes sense, but it is when I was standing with my feet on the soil at Fox Hollow smelling the sun-soaked grass and seeing the way the animals moved over the land, their sounds and relationships to each other and the farmer, that it really "clicked." Fox Hollow Farm provides nourishment for the soul, the body and the ecosystem we call home.
I get their eggs and meat at the farmer's market. Best eggs I have ever had. You can tell real pastured eggs from the rest because they are richer and taste amazing. Looking forward to visiting one day.
