Outstanding people, food, and a super cool setup in GA. We buy all of their garlic products.They sell different spicy garlic salts, rubs (Fire on the Mountain Smokey Seasoning) is my favorite. Footehills is our go-to for gifts too.; hand-made soaps are great but my favorite is in the "man products," Wyld Hare Wax! Get in touch with the owners Erin and Louanna Hughes if you are ever in the area. They are passionate about what they do and would love to give you a little tour. But you have to promise you'll leave. ;-)
My husband came home from a networking group and gave me some lip balm from Footehills Farmhouse. Let me just say that this was the best.stuff.EVER! It is the most creamy lip balm I have ever used and makes my lips feel so good. Seriously, a little goes a long way and it works! Trust me, give them a try. You won't be disappointed!
Footehills Farmhouse has, by far, the best garlic salt I’ve ever had in my life. And it’s made from their very own garlic! From their food products to their personal care products, you just can’t go wrong. And to top it off, they’re some of the sweetest people I’ve ever known. Highly recommend ANYTHING they grow or make. They ship their products too!
If you aren't buying your eggs from Footehills Farms you are missing out! These eggs are rich with that "deep yellow" yolk that says...farm raised! They are delicious and my meals honestly taste better with these eggs!!!
10/10 would recommend! We got some brats and ground lamb today from them at the Cartersville farmers market and grilled them up for dinner. Absolutely delicious. Eat local!
A family of hardworkers qnd nice people that make great products! They have raw goat milk and cheese*seasonal), lamb, herbs, fruit, veggies and more great grocery items. They also have shave cream to make your legs butter smooth!! Their lotion is light and airy, sugar face scrub leaves you feeling refreshed, chapstick smells and feels great (i have the orange clove one), beer soap and other soaps smell fantastic, aaand i can go on! I love all their products that i have tried so far! They are easy to find, and about 20 to 30 minutes of that from downtown cartersville. They do farmers markets and meetups as well.
What an awesome Hipcamp experience. The hosts are the most gracious you could ever come across and the farm is just beautiful... Even in the winter. The kids(and myself) absolutely fell in love with all the animals. The perfect place to find some peace!
Best cage free eggs! Many other products and produce are excellent! Also very helpful and willing to answer questions about plants and animals!
