Flayvors of Cook Farm is a working farm that primarily offers homemade ice cream with a variety of unique flavors, making it a popular destination for families and ice cream lovers. In addition to ice cream, the farm also sells other products such as milk, butter, and some beef. The farm provides a pleasant atmosphere where visitors can enjoy treats while observing the cows and the scenic surroundings.
Flavors of Cook Farm lives up to the hype! The ice cream is top-notch—super creamy, rich, and full of flavor. I tried one of their ice cream tacos, and it was a fun and delicious twist on a classic treat. The waffle shell was crisp, and the mix of toppings made it extra enjoyable. The setting adds so much to the experience—you can see the cows right there on the farm, which makes it feel really connected to where the ice cream comes from. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy a treat with friends or family. Everything from the quality of the ice cream to the friendly atmosphere makes this place worth the visit every time. Highly recommend!
Great ice cream place right on the farm. They had a large number of flavors. The orange cream was yummy. I was not brave enough to try the dill pickle ice cream. I heartily recommend the ice cream here!
Working farm with homemade ice cream, beautiful place too watch the sun go down while watching the grazing animals and enjoying a sweet treat. Variety of traditional flavors as well as some originals. Request a small taste test before deciding! They are all so delectable! Young staff all very friendly and helpful. Make sure you leave a tip because they certainly work extra hard when the lines get long. Interesting history posted on a huge board outside tells us the story of the family’s original cow that inspired the ice cream, named Flayvor.
Delicious ice cream and beautiful location. It is a great place to bring the family too. You are allowed to feed straw to the cows.
We happened upon this place after walking around the Silvio O Conte trail nearby right as the sun was setting. We had a strawberry and a mint chip milkshakes and watched the sun set over the cow pasture! Perfect end to our evening! Thanks so much for the great milkshakes!
I love getting ice cream here year round! And I especially enjoy trying their seasonal flavors. Also their peppermint stick flavor is great, and that's one that can be hard to find these days. The cows are a cute bonus.
This is the greatest farm and dairy ever!!! I love this place!!! It’s our go to for the best homemade ice cream you could ever have!!!! The best!!! I recommend going there!! It’s a go to spot for me!!!! Flayvors of Cook Farm!!!
We dropped off one child, then went to Interskate 91 to skate but I was told I would have to pay $10 just to sit at Interskate 91 to watch my child skate. Nope. So we left and ultimately ended at Flayvors that day since my daughter had a gift card from her 11th birthday for 11 dollars! She treated! We all enjoyed an ice cream even though that whole area smells like cow poo. I don’t remember what flavor or FLAYVOR the others had but I had the COFFEE GROUNDS flayor which was a combination of coffee ice cream and oreo cookies. It was really good. One of the best flavors I’ve had and I’ve enjoyed many many ice cream flavors. This was unique. The line was long and the day was beautiful and it wasn’t too chilly which probably was why it was so busy. Busy ice cream places must mean the place is good. The staff was very friendly and they were so fast. I don’t think ice cream is considered fast food but that was soooo fast. We literally paid with the gift card, moved to pick up window and boom, our cones came out. Plus, my daughter still has a dollar left on her card! Nice!
Flayvors tended to the mild side in terms of intensity of black raspberry and chocolate but they were all tasty. Great to bring kids to to see
My buddy and I have a ritual after going to look at job sites in the Amherst/Hadley area. We stop at Flavors for ice cream. A ton of flavors. The ice cream is really, really good. Stop by and get a cone and check out inside.
We loved our trip to Flayvors of Cook Farm! We brought a large group and they worked impressively quickly! Plus, we loved visiting the cows!
Lovely ice cream shop!! Their flavors are very unique and tasty. I had the coconut with almond and chocolate chips and loved it. Plus I got to see the cows.
Ice creams are delicious, really big selection of ice cream flavors. Also I liked the shop, there are sour creams, milk and butter as well as some beef is for sale. I bought cheese cloth, definitely recommend to try their ice cream
Flayvors is the absolute best ice cream shop around. From all the gluten free options to all the delicious and unique hard serve special flavors, Flayvors has something for everyone. They have hard and soft serve ice cream, gf ice cream …
Pet the cows. Seriously don’t miss the cows, they’re right there. Get over to the cows right now, thank me later. Bring your kids, bring a date, bring your grandparents, everyone loves cows. Oh, the ice cream? It’s amazing. I love the special flavors (SWEET CORN?!?) but peppermint stick has my heart. DONT MISS THE COFFEE MILK!!!
The best ice cream I ever had. I took a strawberry cone and it was delicious. You can see the nice farm and cows as well. Overall such a pleasant experience.
fresh ice cream ! this place is really cool and cute. we ordered 3 ice creams and paid about $15.00. i got a brownie sundae and i wished i didn’t ask for strawberry toppings. it was a bit over powering. although i couldn’t finish it, i did …
Decent prices for good ice cream. Seating is disappointing, they have some picnic tables but no cover over them and they're not even on flat ground. …
Great ice cream with lots of flavors to choose from. The store inside sell meats, sweets, maple syrup and gifts/souvenirs. Very friendly people and nice country views. There are tables in side and picnic tables outside to enjoy your food at.
Great shop and fun farm! Only 3 stars because the ice cream they serve is very small, scoops are super tiny!!! Not a New England standard. Also, pretty expensive store. Quart of ice cream is almost $12!! I tried take out counter and got …
