The amazing people at Fisher Meats are so knowledgeable about the right cut of meat, how to cook & serve for a fabulous meal. Plus, I just discovered their delicious homemade chicken meals. It’s so easy, thanks to Fischer Meats, I have become a terrific cook…just remember to throw away the wrappers for the perfect ‘homemade’ experience!

A true butcher shop which the Northwest is lacking. This butcher shop prepares fine cuts of meat chicken great breakfast sausages. Highest quality meat, poultry along with great counter service. Truly a find.

Delicious steaks and chicken. Lots of add ons for purchase to add flavor to your choice of meat. I still walk with a cane after double knee surgery and one of the ladies walked me to my car. Can’t get service like that in grocery stores!! I purchase a monthly box. Try it!!

There's nothing better when a stressed solo parenting dad walks into a shop and all the staff are super cheerful and unhesitatingly helpful. That was my experience this morning when I urgently needed curing salt for a batch of sausage that was larger than anticipated, and Fischer was the only place vaguely close to Snoqualmie where I knew it was stocked. They quickly poured a couple ounces into a to-go cup and sent me on my way. Thank you!

WOW, what a find! Fischer Meats has the finest selection of meats, poultry, sauces, pastas, house-made jerky, homemade assortment of sausages & the list goes on. Customer service is “off the charts”. What a wonderful experience it is to explore their offerings, taste test the jerky (simply the best we have ever had!!) and leave with an assortment of “gems” to enjoy @ home! We will most definitely return, again and again!!! Be sure to try the assortment of Wings and don’t miss grabbing a few of the HOG WINGS, they are delicious!!! (See photo)

Outstanding steaks! The tri tip marbling was the superb. And the eye of ribeye was beyond flavorful! Can’t wait to return!!

After you've visited this location, and especially after you've tasted their superior cuts, you will find yourself wishing for the days of old where it was standard to have a town shop that specialized in meats. You cannot find meats like this at Safeway or Fred Meyer. Do yourself a favor if you have a refined palette and drop by. One complaint however, and this is the only reason I didn't rate this establishment with 5 stars, is that they only infrequently have lamb, and lamb happens to be my favorite meat.

They are super friendly and happy to oblige on any packing directions for freezing. They carry Beorewors and English Bangers which are both incredible. The Boerewors easily competes with anything from South Africa. I typically find they always have stock of Boerewors but I usually call ahead just in case. They can also do the long sausage option if you order ahead. Otherwise they are in a links style. Having a taste of home is the best thing ever.

We have been shopping at Fischer’s since 2003. Even though we have moved further south in the area, I make a point of buying my meat at Fischer’s. Absolutely worth the drive for the quality & service. If you haven’t tried the bacon burgers, I highly recommend them

I have been looking for proper boerewors for my South African boyfriend for a while. Placed a custom order for the boerewors in coils with the smaller casing size and it was absolutely spot on. Approved by a braai master for proper fat content, taste, and shape. 10/10
