Very disappointed in the customer service. Emailed a couple times asking questions about meat prices and where certain meats come from. Got very vague replies. No details at all. Thats already a red flag. Do you want return customers??? Cause if you treat people like this you wont have any. Then tried calling the store after they refused to reply to my emails. Wouldn't answer. Tried calling multiple times. Finally got someone to answer. She was so freaking rude and put out that I had questions. Even told me to " look it up, it's not hard" when I was asking about where the chicken came from. I'm pretty sure that's why I called you. Aren't you supposed to have the details. And FYI I already tried looking it up before calling but your website doesn't say where anything but your Beef comes from. And I'm pretty sure that's all this place can bost themselves off of....this is just very disappointing because we could have been a very big account for you. DO BETTER. We will find a place that is actually deserving of our business.

I like this butcher shop. It is a neat and quick stop between Eugene and anywhere else close by. Very clean, don't you know. Aye, it is very clean. A most pleasant woman helped us. Personable, capable, affable, and golden. Walking in there is a grand selection of frozen meats and frozen meat products, like lard and suet. There is a smaller fresh case if you are in a hurry to cook your meats today. Steaks and chops, bacon and jerky. The choices are many. I am not sure, I imagine you could place a special order and they would admirably complete the task. Stop here. Stop often. Spend your hard earned lucre.

My favorite butcher shop in Oregon. When you step in the shop there are large fridges full of a huge variety of meats. I’ve been impressed with every cut I’ve tried. My favorite is the jalapeño bacon but the maple bacon is great too! If you like chorizo you have to pick some up. It is much tastier and less greasy than what you find at the grocery store. Perfect for a breakfast scramble.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Our 1/2 beef was processed quickly. Very pleased with our delicious meat and the cutting and wrapping was exactly how we requested it done.

They do the best cut and wrap work around, we've never had an issue with their handling of our cut orders, great customer service, organized, and excellent communication.

I drive to Harrisburg all the time to buy the best T bone steaks from these amazing folks. Their meat and service is top notch. They recently made sausage for me from a recipe I gave them and it was phenomenal. Thank you to my meat team. Appreciate you all !

Excellent customer service from the first phone call to dropping off our meat and leaving. Very easy to find, super clean building with refrigerated meats with clear labels, prices and expiration dates. I dropped off my son in laws meat for him and they got the coolers out of my trunk(way too heavy for me). They took them in and weighed it then put the coolers back into my trunk. Speaking of, they’re still in there(whoopsies). My son in law had me give him a sheet of paper and what he wanted done with the meat(aside from the back strap and tenderloin)! They came out and told me that they’ll call him with questions and told me it’d be about 6-8 weeks. They’re all very professional, thorough and kind. I highly recommend them if you want to have your meat processed and or if you want farm raised meat.

So my phone call to them fell on deaf ears. I gave them ample time to return my greavance after i sent multiple pictures. No response. I will say meat was cut as requested. Unfortunately I guarantee it wasn't the same steer we requested to have processed. Ours was held over for an extra 6 months this year. The pitiful size of my ribeyes were 3 inches long. The beef heart was the size of my palm, and smaller than a half beef year prior. Sent pictures to them and no response. Meat was grained and fed snow peas towards the end. We know how this tastes. Absolutely not the same steer. Apparently farmers helper raises its own. If you like garbage, buy thier beef. I was so disappointed with the flavor I'm going to donate it and hopefully starving people can stomach it. Obviously I told my friend who raised the beef I will never purchase again if butchered by farmers helper. He saw the steaks and agreed. New owners he said he has heard some similar incidents. Obviously he is looking for a new honest butcher.
