Best bison I have ever eaten, and I have tried many brands. We ordered the 1/8 bison box and it was packed securely and arrived completely frozen. We went straight to the big guns on the first meal and had the tenderloin. Best steak I have ever had, and I eat a lot of steak. Thank you for providing a quality product and excellent service!

Had a bad experience having Family Pride Meats process my buffalo I shot. Didn’t get all our meat back and when I asked Donnie about it he said, “I didn’t know you wanted your ribs,” even though I had already paid him for them plus approximately another 100 lbs I was shorted. He said he would get us some ribs. He said it was shot up plus dirty from field dressing and he had to discard all that. My bison was not field dressed and it was a clean shot behind the shoulder. My outfitter loaded the bison and put it in a shed where it was dressed in a very clean environment. I have pictures to prove it. The Outfitter also stated it was a clean shot and no meat was damaged. After not hearing from Donnie about him getting us our ribs, I called him again and said I would stop payment on my check if I didn’t get all my meat. He just stated, “I’ll turn you into the state’s attorney”, which he did and now we are summoned to court. we have not heard from Donnie nor have we received our ribs that he promised.

Awesome products and amazing service. Donnie is a top notch butcher and suggests the perfect products. The chuck roast Donnie recommended turned out juicy and tender! The taste is phenomenal! Defiantly will be back and suggesting this business to others!

Amazing service and great people. Donnie butchered a bison for me and had it ready in less than 24hrs. They make you feel like an old friend from the minute you meet them. The entire family is so kind and the meat is unbelievable. The meat they processed for me was amazing but I also purchased some cuts from their store which came from the bison they raised on their ranch. Amazing. It's a generational family business and I'm certain nobody does it better.

What a great place. I drive 8 hours from Wisconsin twice a year to pick up a side of beef because it's better than anything we've ever had. We also get buffalo steaks and burger for those special occasions. They truly have the best tasting meat and at less than half of the going rate. Incredibly good service too! It's definitely worth a stop!

Absolutely awesome. I got sirloin for $15 and ribeye for $11. I've been dreaming of a place like this my whole life. We don't have anything like this in Ohio where I'm from. The guy who answered the phone was really nice. You have to go in the alley because the front door says to use the back door. He kills them right there and butchers them himself. Very nice set up and you can't get it any fresher. If I could give this place more stars I would. I highly recommend this place

BEWARE If you use this processor. Weigh what you get back from them. We were missing our ribs plus after checking with 3 other butchers found out we we shorted about 150 lbs from our 612 lb hanging weight bull. Do your research and know what you should be getting back.
