The beef is of outstanding quality, far superior to anything you'd find at a typical grocery store—and it's locally sourced! The ordering and delivery process was seamless and hassle-free. The customer service was exceptional; Vanessa was incredibly easy to work with and communicated effortlessly.
We were shopping around because we planned on purchasing a 1/4 cow and had questions about the beef and their operation. The owners are the only farm who returned my call or email. They invited us to see their farm and the cows. They spent several hours with us and it was great. We purchased the beef and love it.
We decided to put our faith in Stan and Vanessa, and their expertise in producing the highest quality beef. Tonight we are enjoying some sirloin steaks that are of the absolute best quality one can find, and looking forward to all the other cuts waiting in our freezer.
