Fairland Farms a rather new 'farm to table' provider has done a great job introducing their pork products to many regional customers. We had a chance to visit their home facility in Fulda, MN. We purchased many of our favorite cuts of pork and their specialty barrel aged bacon. We think their pork tastes fantastic. They use a special feed they invented and have patented. We live about an hours drive from their facility but have no problem drinking over to purchase their products. We have also used their e-commerce website to ship pork products to friends and family. Always a good result.
These guys have such great meat. My favorite is the bacon mac and cheese brats and the precooked pulled pork. Not to mention some excellent customer service and fast shipping. I couldn't be happier!
