We have now purchased three pairs of ribeyes from them at the Turlock farmers market. The marbeling is beautiful and the flavor profound! The steaks were so tender they cut with a fork (prepared to 120°).
We purchased New York steak from Turlock farmers Market and it's the toughest meat I've had in a long time. They were disrespecting Costco steak, but I've never had a steak from Costco this tough.
