I love local farms so I'm giving this a 3 star, but I won't be buying from them again. I bought 6 pork chops. They were super small and tough as leather. My spouse is a chef, so they weren't overcooked or improperly cooked. My dad loves pork chops, even bad ones, and he couldn't get through them. He described them as "baseball gloves" I purchased them direct via invoice 000240
Best pork chops ever! What a great family farm. Pork is pasture raised and they grow their own feed too. Amazing!
