Great tasting jerky and sausage BUT.. if your bringing in a deer take it to South Hill Eggers for half the price and flavor is not that far off. I paid almost $800.... For the same amount of sausage and jerky I usually get and got no packaged whole meat or ground meat back..
Great old school feeling butcher shop located in a tiny strip mall off the main drag of Sprague avenue in Spokane valley. Good variety of an assortment of meats including beef sticks and pork. Even picked up some very tasty potato salad here. I highly recommend seeking out this place.
Best place for any sort of meat, hands down. Everything you see in the store was made in the store. Best hot dogs in town, best breakfast sausage in town, and the pepperoni sticks are amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable and beyond friendly. If you are driving by, stop. You won't regret it.
Great products, fantastic service. Fresh made bratwurst on the daily, asked them about the best way to cook them, a surprising recipe, that turned out exactly the way that they and said it would. I don't think all cook brats any other way.
We moved out here about a year ago, but only found this place about two months ago. Amazing quality meat, every item we have purchase has been phenomenal. Pricier than a normal grocer, but the quality more than makes up for spending a few extra dollars.

What a great butcher shop! It was a little hard to find, but absolutely worth the effort. We got amazing steaks, and will definitely be back. They also have Cougar Gold cheese and Ferdinand's grabbers. Go Cougs!
A buddy and I stopped in from Montana when we were over for a Spokane Chiefs game. We were so impressed, that we are heading back tomorrow just to go to Eggers! This time with an ice chest! Thanks for the great food and experience.
