I bought half a cow from Eric and it is fantastic! I've done it once before from a different person who used a different butcher and it was awful. We were sceptical to do it again but knew it had to be better than before. Eric showed us around the farm and even showed us which cow we were getting. On our trip out there we discovered he sells eggs so now we get all our eggs from him also. They're a sweet family, I'm glad I found them.
Found my new place to get fresh eggs and meat.
