I recently bought the best pork sausage I have ever tasted from the Edward’s Family Farm, NC. I will admit that the two pounds of ‘hot’ sausage were my favorites but that doesn’t diminish my feelings about the quality of all the sausage mixtures. I haven’t cooked some of the other meats that I purchased yet except for the beef liver. I thought that I had lost my taste for liver until I cooked the liver from Edwards. It was tender and practically melted in my mouth…outstanding if you happen to be a liver aficionado. There’s absolutely no comparison between their beef liver and what’s available in a grocery store. I have been buying products from Edwards Family Farms at the Marion Tailgate Market and am so pleased with everything about them!! Amazing quality, taste and to have this as an option for buying pasture raised meats right here in McDowell County is truly incredible. I am so thankful I found Edwards Family Farms! Every product that I have purchased has been exceptional in quality, packaging, and most importantly flavor!! I really didn’t know meat could have such good flavor until I started using their products and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go back to eating a store bought egg!! I feel strongly about supporting our local community, especially hard working farmers, who help keep my family and I healthy! Stacie provides excellent resources and is a plethora of information on farming, health, nutrition, and much more! The Edwards Family Farms offer the most incredible selection and array of goodies! We are regulars if their unwashed eggs, and they are amazing ! We have used them as well was water glassed the eggs. I would highly recommend them for all your needs when it comes to meats and eggs!

Not only are the Edwards great neighbors, but they grow the best of everything with high quality feed with no antibiotics or pesticides. I really can’t brag enough on how they manage the land.
Beautiful working farm with Cows, chickens and goats. Amazing fruits and veggies with fresh eggs. Great place to visit and enjoy an afternoon. Great farmers too!
