Every cut I’ve purchased has been perfectly trimmed, full of flavor, and always fresh. You can tell they take real pride in what they do, and it shows in both the product and the customer experience. This is by far the best meat store I have ever seen. These guys truly know their craft and put in a tremendous amount of effort. The meat is incredibly tasty — a million times better than anything you find in supermarkets. On top of that, it’s not a chain business; the owner Antonio personally oversees everything to make sure the quality is perfect. Highly recommended!

Amazing service! Came for the first time and the owner took his time in explaining everything, they even cut the meat for me and vacuum sealed it so that I could save the rest. Price was very fair for amazing quality steak. Definitely will be returning

Should have came here long time ago. An amazing butcher shop with wide range of choices and everything you need to know and need for making a great steak. I love their chart showing the grading system which is then located on each product. Prices are also all clearly tagged on each package. Staffs were also super friendly and giving good suggestions to make sure you come out with a good steak for any occasion. Last but not the least, beef quality was superb. Could have been one of the best steaks I’ve made.

Quality high end meats here - prices are fair and I thought the quality of the meat was very good. Will def come back when wanting a nice steak to grill at home. Guys working the shop are very knowledgeable and friendly.

EDIT: The owner delivered to my home a corrected order. Incredible customer service. Thank you! I called ahead on a Friday morning and ordered four pounds of ribeye to be frozen and shaved to make cheesesteaks for pick up today, Super Bowl Sunday. I was told no problem, and gave my name for the order. The man on the phone told me it would be ready and waiting for me between 11-2pm on Sunday. I arrived at 12pm and after a half hour was given four raw, thick sliced ribeyes. I advised I had called ahead and requested it be frozen and shaved and the man behind the counter said “Yeah I know but we got really busy preparing for the weekend and forgot to freeze it.” At no point in the half hour I was waiting there did anyone come up to me and advise me that they had “forgotten,” nor did anyone apologize. I was stuck paying $150 for meat I can’t use for what I advised it was intended for. I’ll never return here.

Dan is a fantastic wealth of knowledge and really a considerate person. The selection of Australian, Japanese, and American meats were fantastic.
