Earthwise Farm And Forest

On our vacations to Vermont for multiple years in a row my fiancee had one dream, to milk a cow. We could never really figure out how to make it a reality; but this year we just decided to go for it and emailed a bunch of farms with this request. Although we provided almost no notice as our schedule was tight, Lisa responded right away and made time just to have us stop by. The experience itself was amazing, the amount of love and care that Lisa displayed for the animals while explaining and answering all of our questions was delightful! Highly recommend for all ages as we are in our 30s, have no kids and loved every minute of it.

My fiancé and I had such an awesome time at Earthwise Farm! We met with Lisa who gave us a hands on cow milking experience as well as bottle feeding the baby cow. Lisa was such a sweet and patient teacher. It was beautiful to see the bond she has with her family cow. I would highly recommend this farm to anyone in the area!

Had so much fun at the yogurt, cheese and butter making class! We had a great time taste testing, and at the end, making butter to take home with us. Lisa was very knowledgeable and was a very interesting and informative teacher.

I had such a great experience learning how to milk a cow and the practices at Earthwise. Lisa is so nice and answered all of our many, many questions. Phoenix (the cow) was a patient teacher as well. Highly recommend!

There are events, seemingly small, that function as corners. These swing your life in a new direction. An afternoon at the farm in the dowsing class was such an event. All my horizons feel new and inviting.
