Wow! Beautiful meats with fun and tasty brats options! We stopped on our way to the cabin and loved the small shop feel where everyone they recognized was greeted by name! Also very affordable! Check them out, you won't regret it!

11/11/24: 1st time here. Very friendly and helpful staff. They explained they have been doing custom work for 5 years, then the spring of 2024, they opened up to retail as well. I purchased several items for a meat tasting I am doing for employees from many meat markets across Minnesota. I did sample a few things already, which included: KIND OF A BIG DILL snack stick & PINEAPPLE TERIYAKI snack sticks. Fair priced at $12.99 pound. The DILL would be great with a bloody mary. The PINEAPPLE TERIYAKI is excellent as I am eating another one right now as I type this. I'm not a big fan of Teriyaki and definitely no Pineapple on my pizza, but the person who put these two together in a beef stick is an absolute genius. I will be stopping back not only for the great selection but also for the friendly and helpful staff. I've been to a few meat markets where staff are rude or acting like the customers are an inconvenience, and I won't go back there ever again. So, keep up the great work DD's! I will update this review after our taste testing.

Thee best beef jerky I have ever had. Sorry Emily meats, it's better than yours. Not super expensive either. Wish they made bloody Mary jerky. Can't wait to try their steaks tonight on the treager. Also the maple bacon in the am. Yes they are busy. Not busy enough to help. Thanks for your professionalism and your excellent product.

Brand new retail addition to existing meat processing business. They're still growing but an excellent selection of quality sausage, brats, jerky, steaks, pet treats. Highly recommend a visit to check them out!

Its been a long time since I’ve needed to depend on having my deer processed. Last Sunday, being relatively warm, I took my deer to be registered and immediately began trying to find a place that was open that could take my deer right away. Double D was open and not yet full! The staff is great! They are very effecient. My deer was dropped off Sunday morning and ready just a few days later. Cut to order. Very well packaged. The facility is very clean and organized! All things considered, the price to process my deer was very reasonable as well, still less then purchasing meat from the store. I highly recommend Double D!

A friend had purchased 1/2 of a cow that was processed at Double D’s, it was cut and packaged so well. Then I was gifted ‘Smooth Pepper Jerky’, it was amazingly tasty- I will go back and recommend to others as well!

Don’t bother. Owner is a complete jerk. Asked him to cut off skull cap of little nub buck. I know a nub buck, but was first deer my son in law got and wanted to mount in his garage bar for conservation piece. Owner refused and said he had better things to do.

These guys do a great job! Likely the best bacon we have ever had. Also great work on venison sausage.

A great place to get livestock and game processed. Clean facilities, knowledgeable staff. These guys take their craft seriously.

Great smoked beef bones for dogs, my labs ate them up! First dog bone to not smell like a dog bone.
