I made a brisket from Dias & Daughters and it was the best one I have ever eaten. The meat was so tender and juicy and I turned the fat into tallow. Everything I have gotten from Lily at the Marshfield Farmers Market has been fabulous. Her steaks and ground beef melt in your mouth. We can’t get enough of her bacon. I stock up whenever I can.
