What a wonderful local spot to check out! Everything is homemade from their awesome cheese selection to any milk or creamer options! They have a variety of other items for sale also and well as apparel! Stop in to check them out and support local dairy farm stores!
Absolutely one of the cutest little farms very family oriented, family-owned, family ran. They have a plethora of animals that are very friendly to human interaction from highland cow calves, to highland mamas, goats, a miniature horse, a very outspoken donkey, the cutest little store that has amazing food you can buy prepared food or fresh beef and fresh ice cream fresh milk as well as fresh cheese they also have quite a bit of small business owned products. I love that they take EBT as well and they do quite a few events from movies under the stars to festivals and all are family friendly activities. It is literally walking distance from my house though it's not a safe walk due to the lack of sidewalks we still sometimes take the walk up there! They also have a beautiful outdoor wedding venue, an antique pickup truck you can take pictures with. And overall just the whole setting is picture friendly and often you catch a beautiful sunset as your background.
Nice country modern atmosphere offering ample seating both indoors and out. Public restrooms are available. Paninis are offered for lunch as well as ice cream. Frozen meats, cheeses, milk products, and more are available in the reach ins. The ice cream was delicious, but the scoop size was a bit small. I was also disappointed they didn’t offer butter anymore. Service was excellent and the paninis were delicious.
Come down to check it out. They make their own milk as seen in the video. They also make homemade ice cream and of course have other varieties of cheeses and meats and other homemade goodies.
Love their ice cream and cute atmosphere. Took our little girl here to see the cows and goats for her 1st birthday and the girl behind the counter was so sweet and helpful with explaining their ice cream selection.
First time here. Chocolate Cake Batter was ok. Pretty much tasted like chocolate ice cream. $4.50 a VERY small dip is more than I pay. My daughter got the chocolate peanut butter cheesecake and she thought it was really good. If you haven't been here stop in and give something a try.
This was a perfect find on the Washington County Ice Cream Trail, although I'm not sure it was good to find such a tempting spot so close to home! They have just soft serve ice cream they make, although you can buy pints from Misty Meadows on-site. The soft serve was amazing. Having followed the trail most of the day, I just got a kiddie size of vanilla but it was the best soft serve I've ever had. I will definitely be back to try their sundaes and other specials. The peach parfait looked particularly tempting! The store also has quite a bit of handmade/local goods I was very tempted to buy!
Ice cream was so good!! So were the cheese curds and specialty peanuts that they had in the store. We had fun stopping here while in vacation!
The cutest diary store we chanced upon. It has a variety of pies, desserts, candies, honey, tea and so much more! It holds tables of different vendors’ products that sells stuff like soaps and essential oils. There are refrigerated goods that have ice cream, milk, and cold desserts. They also have a deli shop! My husband ordered a panini roast beef sandwich which was really tasty. They also make milkshakes! We left the dairy 3 bags full of goodies 🤣
What a great local place to get FRESH milk from there own cows. Small batch Artisanal cheese. The owners are 7th generation dairy farmers. Katie Long and her staff are wonderfully warm and welcoming when you walk through the front door. We get two panini sandwiches and sat out on the back deck. It over looked the farm and was one of the most relaxing meals we have had in a very long time. We got The Ham-varti on Rye bread which was fantastic. The Vidalia onion mustard was a very nice touch. We also got The Basic White Grill it comes with there cheddar and added Bovi-lone cheese. The cheese's were all very good and we also got there Mocha milk. We also got there milk to take home. Very inexpensive cream line milk. At is great to see the farmers being able to expand there base and use there products to generate income to help them and the local community. It will be a regularly place for not only milk but other food is will.
