TL;DR: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! This USED to be one of my favorite butcher shops. My wife and I regularly ordered the various locker deals every couple months. I would order special cuts for holiday meals. However over the last 18mos that has changed and I will no longer recommend or give them my business. Meat Quality: 4/5 Selection: 3/5 Availability: 2/5 Customer Service: nonexistent Over the last 18mos every special order i have called in mysteriously disappeared or wasn't cut when it came time to pick up. Their order taking and tracking system consists of a kid answering the phone and scribbling basic information on a random piece of scratch paper and hoping that it makes it to whoever is supposed to know what to cut. I take pride in supporting small local businesses whenever possible. This is unacceptable, 3 orders just disappearing, then telling the customer that it's not their fault. Where is the accountability? Where is the sense of pride in your work? TL;DR: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
The catered dinner for 8 was superb! We had the fruit appetizer, wedge salad, potato salad, green beans with bacon, pulled pork with garlic rolls, apple pie and ice cream, all gluten free. The food was super delicious and well presented. My guests loved it. It was a very successful dinner celebrating our 58th wedding anniversary. Everyone at the store was very kind and helpful. Thank you!
They are super nice and easy to work with, my only problem is with what we ended up taking home. We ordered the Locker Special #3, which is 10lbs of ground beef, 10lbs, of chicken, 10lbs of round steak, and 10lbs of boneless beef roast. We weighed everything when we got home and ended up 5 lbs short of meat. 3 of those pounds were missing from the steak. On top of that, we were told we would be getting 10lbs worth of whole chicken, and received only legs, which is mostly bones as it is. Definitely not satisfied with what we paid for, but the people are great 🥲
I love this place! Everybody that works there is so friendly and helpful. I placed an order for one of the locker specials last minute and it was ready for me the very next day! Thank you guys so much for your services!
These guys are awsome always professional so friendly I have been getting meat and stuff from them for the last 12 years almost they custom my orders if I want, and they even have the leaner packages like Wiener meat from my special diets. I give these guys five stars hand down
I order meat boxes from these guys every now and then but this last time was the last. Not happy at all! We paid $149.99 for a meatboox that had items that it wasn't supposed to have and I was missing certain items. Then I noticed one of the blocks of cheese that came with it was moldy. Never again from these people
Just have them cook you a brisket and cut it up for you and enjoy it all weekend long with friends and family. They know how to cook a brisket.
The meats at 'Del Monte Meats' are excellent quality. The employees are friendly. They treat customers like family (family they like 😉). Make sure you pick up a smoked treat for your furry friends. …
