Deer Hill Wagyu's brisket and jerky are outrageously good and great value for the high level of quality. I've only smoked a couple of their briskets (which were very well trimmed) over the past two years and they have both been outstanding and in a different league than what you might find at Wegman's or Costco.
I’ve ordered from Deerhill quite a few different times and all of the steaks have been great! Just recently tried the Denver cut and that was awesome too. Next time you think about going out for steak give these guys a try first!

Pick up two ribeyes from here. The marbling looked amazing. I sous vide and seared them both. I never had a steak where I can cut it with a fork. Definitely getting more in the near future!
