This was our first time ordering a 1/2 cow ever, Dawson Angus came highly recommended. After receiving our beef I can see why they were so highly recommended! The meat flavor is spectacular!! From the ground beef, to the roasts and steaks, everything is amazing! Also, let me add that Carla was super helpful throughout the entire ordering process. It’s great to have such a local gem in the area and know exactly where your beef is coming from. I would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
