I've been a regular farmer's market goer (little Italy and hillcrest) since 2020 and Da Le Ranch is one of my favorite places to shop from. What can I say, I am constantly blown away by their exceptional quality and customer service. The owners/team are always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about their products. They go above and beyond with their customers service: they take their time to answer questions and make personalized recommendations. Every time I cook with Da Le Ranch's meat, my family dinners become special occasions. And their eggs? The perfect way to start my day - scrambled, fried, poached, or boiled, they always deliver. However, what truly sets Da Le Ranch apart from other businesses is their commitment to building meaningful relationships with customers. Da-Le Ranch Farm is truly a gem. The beef meat from this farm is exceptional. The tenderness and juiciness of the meat is a delight. My husband and I tried their top-tier cuts like hanger steak, beef skirt, top sirloin, flat iron, and boneless rib eye. Each cut boasts exceptional quality, beefy flavor, and tender texture. Their ground beef is ideal for burgers or pasta, and stews from their stew beef come out so flavorful. We are huge fans! Btw, their eggs are excellent, with a rich, vibrant yolk and a wholesome flavor. Great customer service and experience. Highly recommended.

The best grass-fed + pastured meats hands down. My partner is a professional chef from Texas, and he admitted that "Dusty's steak is the best steak I've ever had", and this is coming from someone who has cooked in 3 different countries. I have bought the ribeye, hanger, ground beef, beef liver, chicken feet + necks, duck breasts, sausages, and gifted eggs. Everything phenomenal. Dusty who runs the Saturday and Sunday farmers markets in Vista and Leucadia, is kind, funny, and helpful with great service. Thank you for providing us with great meat from a great farm.

Da-Le has the best quality meat and such an amazing selection. They carry all the usual cuts of chicken, beef and pork but also lamb, duck, turkey… I’m sure I’m leaving something out. My favorite is the ground beef or chicken with organ meats mixed in. You can’t get that anywhere else. Not cheap but I choose to vote with my dollar for great quality, hyper local and a small business versus factory farmed sad meat.

The best place to get meat in San Diego. I've tried most responsibly raised meat companies in this country and without fail, Dale Ranch is always the best and I am so stoked they are in my area. Been buying from them for 10 years now.

The best eggs ever! The turkey breast is also best ever. We aren't big meat eaters but what we have had has been very good. Always kind and great customer care! Thank for being a part of our Sunday at the farmers market in Laguna Niguel!

I eat a lot of beef, and was surprised how much their meat is so much better than anywhere else. The taste is... so satisfying compared to your average steak. Been eating almost exclusively from Da Le Ranch for a couple months and the health of my whole family improved in the meantime. I'm also happier knowing where the animals come from, while supporting a great farm with values. Each member of the staff I met has been caring, beyond helpful and suggested me cuts and cooking methods. Thank you. The best!

I have been a regular customer for several years now and have always been delighted with the quality of meat and eggs we are getting. I really enjoy that they sell not just beef, pork, eggs and chicken, but also many special items such as goose, pheasant and boar. I have also visited the ranch, and it's clear that the animals are treated well. If you are against factory farming and prefer pastured/grass-fed meat, this Da-Le ranch is a great option.

Bought my holiday roast from Da Le Ranch this year, and it was amazing! The roast was beautiful; so tender and flavorful, absolutely worth it! I love that it is local, grass-fed beef. I pre-ordered online, and picked up at the PB Tuesday Farmers Market, which made it very convenient to buy. I will absolutely be buying from Da Le Ranch again!

Incredibly rude staff at the truck in hillcrest farmers market. One of the employees eavesdropped on an aside I had with my partner walking away from the truck where I commented that it’s just too hard to pay $15 per lb and also save for retirement unless your annual gross income is more than $200k per year. Dude thought it was his role to interrupt my conversation and tell me how hard it was to raise these animals. I doubt the staff or owners of this establishment pay $15 per lb for their meat. If they did… on their salaries… they’re not retiring and they plan to work into their 80s.

I have been buying my meats primarily from Ashlie and Da Le Ranch for five years now and have had top-notch product with each purchase. With any say in the matter, I hope to bring them onboard with the restaurant I'm working at.

I refuse to eat store bought protein after exclusively eating from this farm for the past 1.5 years. Everything is noticeably superior however the beef cannot be topped by anything I’ve had. Absolutely 5 stars.

Highest quality delicious meats for great prices. I have been on a raw meat diet and it’s most important to source, with such a diet, the highest quality meats. Dale ranch always exceeds expectations with their uncomprimising quality and exceptionally warm customer service. If you re in or near San Diego I would highly recommend Dela Ranch for meats and eggs.

The best meat and eggs money can buy! Lamb meat is absolutely the best out there. Much better then standard market lamb, service is amazing,quality is top notch, I recommend their meats and other products to every parent who cares about what their family put in their mouths, I pre-order My smoked meat including the out favorite Thanksgiving dinner Smoked Turkey. You got to try that.

We've been ordering from Da Le Ranch and visiting them at the Hillcrest market for years and they are so great! Wonderful wide range of high quality stuff here (we've gotten lamb, beef, duck, rabbit, quail, you name it). Always convenient and friendly service.

bought lamb chops at Little Italy Farmers market on 5-4-19. Taste was fine but the quality was very poor, basically hardly any meat on these small chops -- 80% fat and gristle ... will never buy that again... whole foods and costco grass feed lamb is way better at less than 1/2 the price.

Da-le Ranch is amazing! They have the best quality meats and amazing people. My husband loves to smoke their briskets. Definitely check them out! They’re farm tours are in hold, but it’s worth the visit.
