Very disappointed to have called before I came and then on arrival told they were at capacity and couldn't take the deer, 60 mile unproductive trip and then even worse the "kids" working seemed to have an uncaring attitude even after I mentioned that I had called first and wouldn't have driven that far for no reason. I would recommend improved customer service. I like doing business with people who care, I'll be finding someone else to do our meat.
If you’re looking for a great quality steak to take home and grill, this is your place. I went here not knowing what to expect and I came home with three ribeyes. GREAT marbling and GREAT cuts. 10/10 for this place and I can’t wait to come back to buy more. Very friendly staff as well. Thank you Cypress Valley!
Very friendly people and helpful with unloading and processing the deer we took there for processing into summer sausage , butterfly steaks and ground venison.
