We have taken them several beef cattle and they have done a beautiful job for us every time. They are always friendly and easy to work with. They are a great family owned business who are customer service oriented. We can't say enough good things about them.
The staff are good people they have fair pricing and they work pretty quick I highly recommend them. They process deer, pork and beef. They also co op with hunters for the hungry.
Today was our first order from them and wow. When we got home we had to try it like two kids on Christmas Eve. We got our beef from Bates Farms and they did the processing. The price and quality has been incredible. We will be back. When you buy local beef and use a local processor .. you beat Kroger and Walmart in quality , if not price also. Outstanding.

Steaks not cut to correct thickness. Not certain we got our beef back... Every package of burger had bone fragments in them. Bacon is salt cured, but turned out so salty that even after rinsing in the sink was still not edible. (On 2 hogs a year apart) Friendly people however. Pork Italian sausage was great, as was as the mild sausage. Meat is vacuumed packed, and labeled plainly.
Some of the best sausage I've ever had. I highly recommend cutters ridge. Owners are awesome people. And great food!
