I wanted to give these guys a shout out for the deer they processed for me. I've done my own since I don't like a gamey taste, but this was better than mine and price was very good and it was labeled very clear so you know what cut your eating. Added beef fat to the deer burger was a perfect blend.
Very friendly and clean. They got my meat back in a timely manner. Very confident that I got my deer back. I had 3 deer processed there this year (2021). Good prices. The breakfast sausage is very good. This year 2022 I had them do 5 deer. Again very please. I tried the summer sausage for the first time. I will be having more made next year. My family loved it.
