Country Butcher is phenomenal. They have the best sausage and meats in general. Their pork sausage links are to die for and their hot pork sausage roll. Tastes so fresh and just amazing. AND they accept EBT/Food Stamps, which is even better, but what’s EVEN BETTER than that is that they are so reasonably priced especially for the quality. 10/10 would recommend to literally everyone.

A great butcher shop. This was my brother's favorite place, and I'm so glad he introduced us to it. We absolutely love everything we've gotten from here. The staff is always friendly too.

The marinated chicken is my go to, makes dinner super easy and the flavor and quality is amazing. The bacon is delicious, the bourbon Tri tip is heaven! I also got a brined and seasoned turkey for Thanksgiving that helped make the holiday dinner (and less prep work). And this will be the second year we get a beef tenderloin roast for Christmas, last year it was amazing and I know this year should be the same. All in all definitely worth giving them your business!

Best Cajun bacon ever. Just got 10 packs along with 2 prime ribs, a rack of ribs, and a few pork chops, and I stiffed pork chop.

Zack at Country Butcher got me 140 flat iron steaks to cook at my niece’s wedding, amazing quality, fantastic reception dinner! Great local business, I use them a lot for my BBQ business, Hard Times BBQ in Yuba City.

Bought Beef Fat yesterday so my fiancé and I could make tallow! I never thought I’d say this but I’m impressed with the quality of the beef fat! Customer service was amazing per usual! Thank you guys so much, my tallow is amazing and will be coming back for more!

I love the Country Butcher. Their products are the highest quality at a very fair price. If you see them at the farmers market or anywhere, try the products…bacon, sausage, marinated meats are all exceptional! They have always supplied me with specialty meat requests too! Recently I purchased pork shanks for Osso Buco, they were the largest most perfect shanks I have ever bought. Please give these folks a try! Their staff is awesome too!

Having been getting the Bloody Mary marinaded filet tails for years, because they are wonderful. We recently got some from the Farmer’s Market and they were a bit tough. Not sure if it was because they were frozen or just a bad piece of meat. Will probably just go to the shop to pick them up.

I changed my dog to raw due to allergies and this butcher is the ONLY place close that sells rolls for dogs of raw. I would go in once a week and then I started going once a month. Wen my second month came to where I had to get more food, I gave 3 days in advance. They didn't communicate and now it's been 2 weeks after I've had to call, was told they would try to have it ready the beginning of the following week. Meanwhile I've had to drive to Rocklin because they still haven't called not even to just let me know that still don't have any made up. Everyone is very nice but not doing wat they say and not communicating I can't deal with. I'm not a happy customer and I was planning once a month to buy 30lbs of food for my bully. And now nevermind. I don't think I'll ever go back. Good luck to everyone else. Hopefully it's different for them. I feel it's rude that they don't even call wen they know in advance and I am a consistent customer. Rant over UPDATE. If I could show my call log i would. Just proving that I have NOT recieved any calls except this morning. I went somewhere else cause u guys did NOT call. Honestly I feel ur response only to make others feel better. Don't call again because now u guys are liars. Why would I not return a call that helps my dog? U are WRONG

This place is fantastic!! Adam and Katie are great people, and the products are all delicious. I served their Spicy Hawaiian sausage at my last bbq and my neighbors are still raving about how good they were. Country Butcher is my go to butcher shop for everything from everyday meals to special occasions. The award winning bacon is mouthwatering, and the marinated products all have a special place in my heart, and on my grill. I drive all the way from Sacramento to fill my freezer with these tasty treats--do NOT sleep on this local gem.
