If you like to source your food locally, look no further! Cote Cattle Co. offers their delicious and healthy Texas Longhorn beef raised right here in western MA. We’ve tried several cuts and varieties from filet, sirloin steaks, a roast for braising, ground beef, and pre- made hamburger patties…we’re never disappointed and we feel good knowing we’re eating a healthier beef product that’s been homegrown. Just one visit to the farm, and you will see how much Guy and Charlotte love their animals and take pride in them whether they are being groomed for the show pen or being raised for market. If you’re lucky, you may get a pasture tour and get to meet the majestic longhorns themselves! P.S. CCC also happens to sell the absolute best spices for their meats! Be sure to ask about them. My family’s cupboards are never without a Farmer’s Mix or Give That Chicken a Rub!
If you’re looking for the best beef, look no further than Cote Cattle. After buying a few products to try my family will not eat any other meat products. To say there hamburgers are the best is an understatement my husband will not eat a burger out, he says why when I have the best at home. I could go on and on about all of the meats we have tried but you be the judge..
I reached out asking if we could take a tour of the ranch, as we walk by it almost daily and we’re curious. I received an almost immediate reply that they do give tours. I also asked if they sell any meats. We put together a date and plan and I was able to surprise my partner with a tour and some meat! It was an informative and beautiful tour. The ranch is truly a family operation with people who care for the animals and the land.
Bought their steaks from a Farm store that carried their meat in Granby. The meat was tender and had amazing flavor. I stop there at least once a week and will buy their steaks regularly now! A+++
