Went for the awesome burgers but no burgers doing the summer heat. No problem, spent time with the owner and staff. Very nice people. He gave the secret spices to make their burger when I get back to Oklahoma. Great people at Cospers. Highly recommend.
I loved Cospers but this most recent experience is a no for me. I paid to have items shipped. I never received the items or a tracking number. The post office not giving a tracking number is unheard of.
Bought a 25 lb green ham. Cleaned, brined, and smoked. 3 day process. Tastes like maple. Happy Easter. I Plan to make pork rinds next week.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Steaks were terrible. I should have known when they didn’t look fresh cut. Ribeye and T-bone. Don’t waste your money.
Came here for the first time for my first attempt at brisket and have been coming back since. Great little place with friendly staff and the cuts of meat have been awesome. Would definitely recommend this friendly neighborhood butcher for anybody looking for some good quality cuts. 10/10
This is the kind of place you try once and then are hooked. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and the meat had never not been the best Ive ever had. In every aspect you can just tell they love what they do. Thank you for truly caring for the community, and making us feel welcome in your establishment every time. First time here. Catfish was fantastic, was able to sample the brisket and it was melt in your mouth and a Jamaican jerk sausage that was delicious.
Let’s talk about true quality meet this place is amazing. Not only can you eat there but the chef there is amazing. Did you know that you could actually order some food and get it there?. oh my God I’m going to gain 50 more pounds from this place
Cosper’s is the best Meat market around Killeen, they are super friendly and the meat is top- quality. We been going to Casper’s for over 13 yrs. If anybody want to know, there is no fresher meat, sausages, and cuts like they have. Thank you .🙏🙏 …
This family owned business has been here for a long time. Always has great fresh cuts of meat ,and will prepare the cuts just the way you like it. They also have plenty of unique sauces, spices, and condiments, and sausage. Not to mention fully prepared meals and bbq brisket to go. Great personal service and just down home goodness. Highly recomend.
