They have exceptional prices on everything in the store! They do a new freezer special every month, and it's only $50 to get well over $50 worth of meats and other goodies! I drive 55 minutes out to Minetta SC each month to get their freezer deal and it's well worth it!
My mom and aunts have been getting sausage and liver pudding from here for years. This is the real deal here. All of their meat is super fresh. I love the onion stuffed sausage and my aunt loves the stuffed hot sausage. Next time I am going to stock up on boiled peanuts and pimento cheese. If you are ever in or going through Ridge Spring, SC and want some authentic southern meat especially sausage or liver pudding. Please stop here. This place never disappoints.
Been in area ,10 plus years.In the beginning,there was no other place I d rather shop,not only because of convenience but the quality was so much better than Walmart,etc and a neighborhood shop. …..and then a change started some say ,change of ownership. Not sure. Ground beef,oily and mealy,just not what it was. 2 lbs of ground beef yielding 1/2 cup or more of oil. Sadly now it’s worse. Please take the quantity back to the way it used to be. More repeat business and reputation is better than where you are now. Heritage….
