Excellent grass-fed beef and pastured eggs and pork products. Aaron and Nicole are the best, and are very knowledgeable and passionate about their sustainable/regenerative farming practices. Highly recommend! You can find them Saturdays at the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market.
We LOVE Colfax Creek Farm!! They have the absolute best pastured pork, grass fed beef, bratwurst (amazing!!), pork chops, eggs (and poultry) - everything is super high quality - healthy and great prices! We are so thankful to have a local farm where we can get healthy food for our family. I highly recommend to anyone looking for great meat and poultry!! THE BEST!!! Thank you!!
