Cobblestone Creek beef can’t be beat! Knowing where our meat comes from is important to my family ~ and knowing their cattle is lovingly cared for brings such peace of mind. Beef prices are excellent, customer service is top notch, and we will definitely be repeat customers for years to come!
The beef is Black Angus and they are grass-fed and grain finished. We ordered a quarter cow from Lorie at the first butcher date in August and have been doing nothing but enjoying the beef at every family opportunity. So far we have enjoyed the ribs, stew meat, burger, T-bone steaks and have still got quite a few roasts and other cuts left that we are looking forward to get to. This is the first time I’ve ever ordered farm-to-fork beef, but not only is it more tender than store bought beef (perhaps the cows are younger or less stressed?), but much healthier for you as I wasn’t aware there is so much more involved in processed raw meats you buy at the store. Lorie and her husband are also just awesome people. Since their operation is fairly new (they moved to eastern Washington from the east side of Seattle in the last couple years to escape the madness around here, which I can completely empathize with), they show the greatest customer service from answering all your questions to PERSONAL DELIVERY of the goods as they drive all the way here from five hours away to hand deliver them to each household in one day as they also come back to see their family and loved ones who still reside in Kenmore. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience in getting a much more natural and healthier grass-fed/grain finished Black Angus Beef at a very reasonable price much cheaper than store prices, but you will need to get a small freezer to store them. I highly highly recommend this product from Lorie and her husband…and I’m pretty darn picky!
This beef is so superior to store bought beef! The cows are happy, natural pasture raised, and well loved. Worth every penny. The customer care is excellent, communication clear, delivery on time. We can hardly wait for our next delivery!
