Clover Valley Beef Jerkey, TOPS, above and beyond Top Shelf, to the point where Jack Links beef jerky no longer exists in my book or most importantly, on my shopping list. The Clover Valley Beef Jerkey is perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked and sweet, where the sweet, natural and beautiful but delicate taste of the Beef shines thru beautifully, you get an instant taste of the Beef before even bitting into it, unlike Jack link, where the Jack Links Beef jerkey is hard, super hard, it's taste is that of an over beaten pice of plastic soaked in chemicals for a period of time, leaving a harsh after taste, not tasty at all. There is no satisfaction in the Jack Links Beef jerkey, BUT you will find the off the wall Clover Valley brand to be exceptional, in taste, smell, texture, softness. Clover Valley located in NJ is doing it right, and at a MUCH LOWER PRICE THAN THE JACK LINKS BRAND. Please keep up the excellent work and rest well in knowing I will be sampling all or most of Clover Valley's other products.

Love their beef, and other beef products, especially the whipped Tallow! Not to mention how great Farmer Danielle and Farmer Fred with the kiddos! One of my favorite weekend spots!

This was my first time ordering. Danielle couldn't have been more helpful or gracious. We tried the hamburgers with cheese and bacon and they were literally the BEST tasting burgers my husband and I have ever tasted. We cannot wait to try the beef bacon, bratwurst, steaks and sausage.

I have known Danielle for years. They are the hardest working family I know. They truly care about their animals nutrition and health. The amount of land they work is am amazing. We started getting a share of beef once per year about 4 years ago, and haven't bought beef anywhere else ever! I never have to worry about beef recalls, and know that the food I feed my family is cared for and raised locally. We call it happy meat, and you really can taste the difference!

Great family farm!! I have gotten a beef share every year and never buy beef any where else!! When guests come, they ask first if dinner is something beef. Clover Valley’s commitment to raising beef the best they can for their customers and for the breed is commendable.

We have been buying beef sample packs from this farm for a few years. It is so delicious that we will never go back to grocery store beef! They also have the freshest eggs from the chickens they have running around their farm and they are wonderful people to top it all off. I cannot say enough great things about this farm and the farmers!

We have been getting 1/4 beef from Clover Valley Farm for years. This year we got the Waygu, I am almost scared to publicly say how amazing it is because I don't want them to sell out before I put in my orders. You will never buy meat from the store again, if you do you will taste the difference right away! Besides the beef being amazing, the farmers are just the greatest people you ever will meet! They care about their animals, their land and their customers. I could run out of space singing the praises of Clover Valley Farm. Trust me. THE BEST!
