Clover Meat Market

Today I arrived at 8:38pm the door was open and I ran in to get a pack of chicken I’ve lived here 25 years and never had this problem but some new lady with blue and purple braids told me they are closed now and I had to leave but they are not supposed to be closed til 9 and I told her that she said well we are closed now. Very ghetto and bad for business to make new rules to leave early. This needs to be addressed ! People have families to feed too ! Terrible people were still inside goofing around hanging outside smoking cigarettes outside with friends. Place is good on prices for meat and fresh though on a good note.

It smells really bad in there. Meat is not fresh. I had to return several things that I bought because when I got home, it smelled really bad. Be very careful shopping there

This store needs an upgrade, I can’t count how many times I’ve taken meat back to them, and it stinks in there all of the time.

Fresh meat and great prices!! Glad I finally found a good meat meat place nearby, I got their ribeyes and chicken and it tasted very good! Will be a returning customer

Order 3 rib Prime rib from Clover after getting a couple bad ones in recent years from other places.. Wow, thanks you for a GREAT Prime Rib this year. I'll should shop more local. Kudos.. Took order a week before and was ready exactly when ordered. Merry Christmas, Tim and Christine

Just came from Clovers and was told I could not get anything from the deli because the girl scheduled to work was running late. None of the 4 remaining employes would assist my small order of a half lb of cheese. They did however tell me to come back later. LMAO...I ain't never going back. This store is slowly declining and services are not dependable. I do not recommend buying meats here either. It looks out dated and sometimes green. A trip to ShopRite is always the right choice. It's a new day ! Had my wife get me plain ham and swiss on round roll. Asked it be made for an adult, not a child and got a well made sandwich, evenly portioned and the service was able to comprehend. Clover now gets a second star. Thank You

Panicked realizing I never made an order for Christmas dinner and found this place through Google. They were more than accommodating and provided a great experience. Picked up a large prime rib, trimmed beautifully and prepared in front of me before wrapping. While the store may be a little older and beat up; the products, prices, and friendly staff will make me a repeat customer.

Great place if you need meat in bulk 5 stars would recommend staff is friendly and helpful! Better than shoprite and walmart in my opinion no long lines meat stay fresh until arrival home ! :)

For context, I feed my dog raw and it's been so difficult to find places that sell in bulk and for cheap! All the customers were friendly and so were the staff in the butchers room. He helped me find a marrow bone for my dog and cut it so the size I wanted, not to mention it was only $1!!!! Because of the sale they currently have, I got beef liver, 2 giant bags of ground beef and marrow bones for onle $25!!!! You just cant beat that. If you really want the food deals, you have to go in early of not everything gone until they can restock, I got there just in time for them to restock the ground beef.

I am a regular here. $20 bucks buys a case of wings and thighs. I am a firm believer of buying meat from the butcher. Fresh cut and meat that isn't spoiled when you get it home.

This place has been here for ever! Remember when my mom used to take me here, taught me about all types of meat! I appreciate this place and so will u!

I made a call 2 hours ahead to ask for a crazy cut(tomahawk ribeyes) and they were able to help me immediately at a fantastic price.

Depending on what you buy its a great place and great price....i brought a rib roast there was the best I ever ate lol and they have great slab bacon....
