Clear Springs Farm

I'm always telling people how I used to think I just didn't like beef until I started eating the grass fed AND grass finished beef from Clear Springs Farm. It's so flavorful and delicious, and you don't feel quite so heavy eating it.

If you have ever had real grass fed beef, you will understand a few things... The taste is clearly different...woodsy, game-y, even complex. Digesting grass fed meat seems easier to me, it may be that the fat profile is better than regular meat. There's a big difference between grass finished and grass fed. Again, the taste is clear. The science behind the genetics of cows that do well on grass vs fed by conventional methods is better explained by the staff at Clear Springs, Daniel in particular. I have a difficult time eating meat dishes outside of my home now since finding a local ethical source for my meat.
