We started with a half a side of beef and we just got our whole hog. All I can say is wow. We have sent several friends, family, and neighbors to them. Can't wait for veg season to get here.
ICK! Do not buy from these people. A beautiful family farm raised beef was taken to these people for custom processing. What we got back was rancid hamburger, and mis-cut steaks that were grey and smelled spoiled and SO SO awful.
We love the goods this farm provides! So much respect for the way they farm and their work to keep pricing affordable!
