I grew up in Lancaster County, where local butchering was a way of life, but years in the military took me far from it. Now my Florida husband and our children get to experience what I once took for granted — true, farm-fresh craftsmanship. We recently brought in our deer to be processed, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The meat was perfectly cleaned, packaged neatly, and clearly labeled. Everything was fresh, well-trimmed, and exactly how we requested it. You can tell they take real pride in their work — professional, fast turnaround, and great communication from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch deer processing. We’ll definitely be back.
Clark and his team do a great job, professional butcher with great selections. Always a great experience, everything ordered turns out awesome. The Jalapeño cheddar brats and the venison bacon cheddar burgers are a must try!
We have been thrilled with the meats that we have gotten back from Clark's! Lancaster and Chester County is known for cheap Amish butchers...but they DO NOT hold a candle to the quality, customer service and wonderful value from Clark Co. They will always have our business!

We have had several different butchers over the years but Clarkco is the best. All the staff are professional, friendly, and take the time to answer all questions. My family has had 5 different quarters processed from Clarkco with ZERO issues . All the meats are well labeled, shrink wrapped/frozen perfectly, and are cut to order every time. We have enjoyed all their products - from hamburger to Filet Mignon! STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! Buy the best from the best - well done Clarkco!
First time going here after all the positive reviews! The kiosk and drop off was exceptionally organized and easy. Pick up was a breeze as well. The meat is professionally packaged and surprisingly reason priced . Everything we have eaten so far has been amazing the jerky was done perfectly not dried out and not overly seasoned. We will definitely be coming back.
Brought my deer here and they did an incredible job. Got steaks, bacon, jerky, hot sticks, and hot dogs. Everything is delicious and packaged professionally. Clark is very responsive. The drop off and kiosk they have is super easy to use, very nice to have 24hr cooler.
Had two steers butchered here. Five stars start to finish. Excellent communication and extremely helpful on cut selection. The amount of steaks I got compared to my last butcher was unreal. Truly a custom shop with skilled butchers.
First experience with Clark last week processing a hog for us. Will definitely be going back. His online cut list is convenient. Communication is easy and quick. We absolutely love the sweet Italian grillers!
