Had the chance to stop by September 3rd and must say you will be hard-pressed to find better quality steak shares for such fair prices! Highly recommend, some of the most ethical and quality real meat I've found yet this side of the Rockies! And such fantastic cuts including liver and bone, terrific folks. Looking forward to my next stockup for sure! A+++ 👍
We purchased a small beef share and couldn’t be happier about it! We used the stir fry meat first and it marinated so well and was very tasty... even in reheated leftovers. Then we used the ground beef which was very lean and flavorful. We didn’t even need to drain it as we normally would for other ground beef (we normally get 80/20) Then we had the T Bone steaks. I was surprised at the beautiful marbling. I grilled them with just garlic salt, pepper and a dash of sweet paprika and they were perfection. No sauce or marinade needed. They offer once a month drop off for our area and we are looking forward to our next order and furthering our relationship with this wonderful local farm!
Best quality of grass fed beef, lamb and pork I have ever encountered. Their service is top notch, always providing answers to any questions that may arise. I also appreciate the recipes included in their newsletter and on their website!
I was there for the first time a few months back, I had just purchased a new Trager smoker and wanted some great farm raised beef. Fortunately I found this place and absolutely love it. Best friendliest service.
