Great staff! Always friendly and engaged. I pick up frozen tubs of raw meat for my dog. Great selection of beef, chicken, turkey and other types of meats and organs.

I just moved to the neighborhood and stumbled on this shop yesterday. Was greeted by owner's wife and some lovely employees. IF you have reactions, like me, from the weird chemicals big box chains put into their low grade meat? BUY from this shop! Cooked a delicious Filet last night and I feel terrific. I look forward to cooking the brats and chuck I bought as well. Really nice store. I will be back weekly. God Bless small business. HAPPY I found you guys.

This is a great butcher shop! Super helpful and very friendly. I had them cut me some slices of jerky and they are perfect. I will be coming back in the future to get more meat when i need it!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Hubby and I have happily supported this business for years! Hubs decided to surprise me for my birthday by making beef Wellington. Chucks special ordered the chateaubriand for this recipe and then on our next stop in asked us how it turned out! It’s so refreshing to go somewhere where your business matters to them and they remember their patrons. Superb service EVERY time!

5 Stars Chuck! The BEST midwestern fresh beef. Great service. Unbeatable selection. Not cheap, but worth every penny. The steaks are incredible. Good selection of frozen products, including seafood. Chuck is often there himself at the counter saying hi and helping out his team. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

I would rate higher if I could, this place absolutely went above and beyond for me and my wife. We went in on Father's Day and priced one of the packages. They usually need 1-2 days order time, but they were able to put one together for us in about 35-45 mins! I would have understood and been completely OK with the wait, maybe I looked a little sad or desperate IDK but they blew our minds with the great same day service.

I was looking for a nice tri-tip to throw on the grill. I found Chucks Fine Meats and decided to give it a try. It was a nice portion and trimmed. Usually the tri-tip I find are not trimmed, unless I want to pay a lot more extra. I used garlic infused olive oil and Chucks Steak Seasoning. I have to say this is the best piece of beef I have ever tasted Puts some of those fancy restaurants to shame. And I got to meet the whole family, with Chuck, the owner and butcher, answering every question I had on the best way to prepare this fine cut of beef. This is were I will be going from now on. Worth price charged!!!

Purchased my first 1/4 cow from Chucks 6 months ago and shared with my friends and family. The flavor of the Beef is Outstanding. Every single cut was cut custom to order (I like 1 1/2 inch thick steaks) and the marbeling was out of this world! Chuck even took the time to discuss amounts of ground vs. patties vs. cubed stew meat and chuck roasts that would best fit my need. The beef was such a hit I am picking up my first 1/2 cow from Chuck's in a week and me, nor my friends, can wait. Their chicken is also some of the juiciest and flavorful chicken I have had in a LONG time. My family has found their favorite local AZ Butcher, and it's Chuck's Fine Meats all the way!

First visit 2 New York strip steaks were awesome. Second visit one of two New York strip steaks about the same as Walmart quality but twice the price. Paid $26.99 a pound for a terrible steak. Will try one more time.

AWESOME store- Very clean place and a Menagerie of stuff at this joint! Every kind of meat you can imagine and sauces to go with it not to mention homemade flavored butters and sides. It is like heaven for the barbecue enthusiast!

We love chucks!!! Are in there once a week when I'm in town for bones for our pups and good meat. Cassie knows I come in for bones and is ready to take them to get prepared. Grateful for an amazing butcher so close by.
