Got 1/2 beef from them and the process was absolutely wonderful start to finish. They were happy to accommodate my specific requests and the ordering and pickup process was very easy and straightforward. The quality of the meat is amazing. Highly recommended.

Bought my first quarter cow from them and I am beyond impressed! The price is amazing and the taste is even better! Christiansens farm is my new go too for well cared for meat and again, the quality is phenomenal.

We have been buying bulk beef from Christiansens for years and their meat is absolutely delicious! It’s always vacuum sealed so it stays fresh longer and the family is super friendly and very accommodating . We can’t imagine buying bulk beef from anywhere else!

Very pleased with the product and services that this farm provides. Purchased meats from here twice now and plan to do so for now on. First, per their site on how they're raising and harvesting the proteins...A+, packing and cut selection...A+, online store..A+, quality and taste...A+. In the CSA 30 pound beef/pork box had a variety of cuts. The fat is very flavorful, the cuts I've had are well balanced. Balanced enough for great bacon and a juicy steak (if you cook a pasture raised cut properly). Polished off a Ribeye cut tonight and by far one of the better pasture raised ribeye steaks I've had. The ground beef and pork ratios were right on, not greasy either. For Christmas we tried their cut of Lamb shoulder, lean tender and juicy with good fat. The fat really has a nice delicate earthy taste to it, how it should be. Upon our pickup day, they were kind enough to supplement us with a pack of the Lamb chops since they were out of the Lamb stew meat I bought. I really look forward to pickup day, they out do themselves by far with their horse trailer walk in Freezer and pumping out the orders to everyone lined up. IMO, I note their really family oriented, patient, hard working, helpful, down to earth folks delivering an honest product for a number of families. Highly recommend any of you readers to give em' a try. And thank you for providing us a great product and serves.

I Iive in Arizona and a company called Arizona Meat Market picks up their meats to bring to our drop locations. So far, it’s the cheapest in my area and I love the quality of their ground beef. Nobody else that I know of sells large batches of tallow like this for their price.

Top notch product. 2 years ago we ordered a special quartered hog to work into traditional Bosnian style smoked meats with my in laws. The charcuterie it produced was amazing!

We order every few months and haven't had anything sub par yet. Excellent meat that actually tastes like the animal it came from. Not the bland, raised in a pen and fed junk meat from the store. First rate product. The bacon is the best thing you'll ever put in your mouth, guaranteed. Pork belly, ribs, chops, carne ranchera.... all of it has been fantastic.

Best beef and pork I’ve ever had! Affordable prices too! Look at the marbling on these New York strip steaks- they were only $9 each.

Been a while since I ordered, but it was a great experience. The meat is delicious. Don't disgrace it by cooking it any more than medium-rare.
