Fantastic family business! They also make a breakfast sausage mix that is the best I've ever had in my life!!! Important that you are very specific with what you want on paper with them regarding your cuts and what mix you prefer with your burger. 75% for us, more fat the better! They typically do 90%, to lean for us! We had them cut an entire cow for us!
I love buying meat locally, because I know it was raised locally. The meat I purchased was the exact cuts we like and the hamburger is perfect at 90/10 for 80/20 prices! Christians Meats is a quality small business in our local area.
The best place to buy meat for your family, they sell only the best and a great family staff there happy to help you and great bones for your puppy. I live full time on the road so I can honestly say they are the best.

Between 2002 and 2006, we always experienced the best of everything when shopping at Christians Meat market. As a matter of fact we have contemplate asking if they would consider sending us some of that awesome grass fed beef from up there.
