Stopped in for the first time for burgers and wings. Both were fantastic! The place is VERY clean and all the product looked very fresh. I originally came in for some Black garlic wings and unfortunately, the customer in front of me purchased the last bag. I was pleasantly surprised to see them mix me up a batch last minute. Very friendly place. This will be our "Go-To" for our BBQ needs! (Can you make some beef sticks or jerky? ) Thank you and see you again soon!

They had just about anything you wanted plus a few unexpected surprises. Meats were well displayed, excellent selection and steaks can be cut to order. They even had veal chops which I haven't seen since moving to FL. All the staff was helpful and friendly. We already ordered our turkey for Thanksgiving. I'll let you know how that turned out. The shop was extremely clean and well-organized.

Never bought anything bad here everything is so fresh and amazing. Just recently had jalapeño bacon My mouth is still watering. You can cook the steaks horribly and they’ll still cut like butter. The prices are very reasonable for how amazing the meat is love coming here!

My wife and I checked out the Chopping Block in Lecanto for our first time on 7/19/25. We purchased seasoned chicken, hot dogs, and Italian sausages. She cooked the Italian sausages for supper and WOW! Best we have ever had! We are anxious to try our other meat purchases. We already know that we will be going back. Staff are friendly and helpful. Fresh meat, clean establishment.

This little butcher shop may be small, but it’s absolutely packed with quality and charm. They’re always busy, which is a good sign, and for good reason—the apple smoked bacon is hands-down the best I’ve ever had: smoky, rich, and perfectly balanced. Their selection of prime beef is excellent, with cuts you won’t find just anywhere, and everything is top-notch in freshness. I also love that they carry local dairy products, which makes it a one-stop shop for a weekend breakfast or a special dinner. The staff clearly knows their craft and always takes the time to help, even when the line is out the door. A real gem for anyone who cares about quality meats and supporting local producers.

We started coming to The Chopping Block a little over a month ago (5/25). When I say that I have never had such good quality meat products, it is an understatement. Their beef is simply incredible, and the pre-mixed hamburger blends are spot on with flavor. We have given some of their steaks to neighbors, and they have said the same. The bone in tomahawks they have are to die for. Their chicken is healthy, with no hormones added. It always comes out perfectly whether grilled or baked. Their bacon is great, with our favorite flavor being the honey citrus. I cannot say enough good things about this place, and the owners. Troy and his family are always kind and welcoming, and very willing to help you with whatever you may need. Support local!

Solid quality options, way better selection and quality than the grocery store. Kind staff let my son use the restroom as well. We will be regulars.

If you’re looking for the BEST - FRESH - UNFROZEN MEAT then you found the Dalai Lama of meat lockers! They have Wagyu steak , ribeye, and everything you desire. They have some vegetables, asparagus, sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, and much more!

They have a great selections of very fresh meats. Absolutely love their steaks and hamburgers and bacon. I’v even eaten a wonderful bison steak from here.

What a great place to always premium meats! If you haven’t tried the A5 Wagyu steaks you’re doing yourself a disfavor. Everything from the t-bones to the sausages and pork chops have been phenomenal. If you been debating is it worth the trip do yourself a favor and go get some delicious steaks for you and your loved ones!

Honestly, second time coming here and won't be the last. They are so nice and polite. Such a wonderful place. Always stocked with so many goodies. There was a mix up of meat and they were Honest and corrected the issue. I Truly appreciate that. We will be back.
