These are the tiniest baby back ribs I ever saw, I paid 73 dollars for three brats, two pork chops, three pork sticks, and the ribs below. I thought the ribs were small, but she said they were folded, they seemed decently thick, little did I know the weird thick plastic wrap underneath the outside packaging is what made them look ok. Nearly seemed like a way to add weight and make them seem bigger. My wife came home and was literally on the floor dying from laughter. What’s the sense in eating a healthy responsibly raised animal if a rack of ribs isn’t even a portion????? And those pork sticks? They were awful, I wouldn’t give that to my dog. The ribs tasted ok, nothing special, I was and still am really confused, I mean was this pig a baby pig? Lolol. 😂😂 anyways over priced and not worth the laughs. Go elsewhere.

Got a roast this morning, placed it in the Dutch oven with apple cider vinegar, roasted tomatoes and let it stew for 5 hours on 325, then put on stove added all the need spices, bone broth and shrimp and had hands down the best gumbo ever! The meat was tender flaky and full of flavor. There is literally no better quality pork. Plus I am assured it has no soy corn or gmos. Plus it’s full of rich beneficial fat! If you got some belly make sure you fry it - don’t bake it! That way you can get the crispy delightful ness of burnt ends and belly. If you got the bacon, grate off the fat first then use to make bisquits then fry up the protein (owners suggestion and we did it in the cornbread we served with the gumbo). And if you don’t know how to make such a genuinely amazing product, ask the owner! She is full of tips and tricks and truly loves her own products!

Best Bacon and pork belly I have ever put in my mouth. I eat this meat slower just for the enjoyment. It’s wonderful knowing that the animals that the meat comes from get to live happy healthy lives! We also get our Thanksgiving Turkeys here! In addition to this the customer service provided goes above and beyond. Couldn’t ask for a better product or experience.

This a gem if you want pasture humanely raised and processed chicken. The chickens are not trucked on the highway to be processed elsewhere. Chehalis Valley Farm is the only chicken I have eaten for years and it is well worth the price considering the care and energy it takes to raise and process the chickens. The pork is great as well. And, Marlene’s in Tacoma carries the chicken, yay.

First off, terrible customer service. Never accurate supply on the website. No one ever answers the phones to take a question or order. They make you text and text back when it's convenient for them. Forget trying to work this place into your schedule, they'll make you work for it...
