Love these guys. They did a great job processing our lamb and our cow! They had a huge cow of ours to process. 700 lb of meat came out perfect and I use their recommended cuts and they turned some of it into jerky for us and it was fantastic. Highly recommend! Jordan was very prompt in his processing time and took good care of our livestock to be processed at Chase's

Absolutely horrible experience. I have no idea why they have the ratings that they do. They took half my meat and I don’t even think I got the meat from my own cow. It cost me more than it would just to buy the meat at Costco. I have heard this from multiple people that they take your meat or give you meat from someone else’s cow. We got 120 pounds from half of a cow that had a dry weight of 600 pounds plus. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Great butcher with knowledgeable, professional, friendly employees. They didn't make me feel rushed like at some butcher shops. They deliver also! Great prices, Great quality products, as well as a good selection! Look for the cows on the roof and swing on through to Chase's Chop Shop, you won't be disappointed!

First time in today with my mother, we did a 4lb tri tip, Mac n cheese and the scalloped potato’s and everything is immaculate!! Excellent guest service was provided from the moment we walked in the door and my mother shared an appreciation for not feeling rushed along by the staff! Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Chase's Chop Shop is a full service butcher store. They butcher your animal and cut and wrap the meat. They offer all sorts of cuts already portioned and seasoned, plus a large variety of house made sausages. They also do catering, I believe. Personal service is what they are about. Their premises were clean and orderly. I was treated with a friendly courteousness and generous offers of further service. You couldn't find a better atmosphere or place to shop, Chase's has it all.

Stopped by on a whim, and so glad that we did! Great food by people that are passionate about what they do. Had a few sandwiches and they were done to perfection. Raw meat selection was on par and fairly priced. I will be buying all my meat from here from now on! Go get a sandwich, you won't be disappointed!

Awesome staff hands down the best meat in madera top quality and they have a lot of there own recipes they throw on there different meats that are very tasty

This place is great for any meat related service you need. They are a bit pricey compared to the local grocery stores, but you'll never get the quality cuts and personable service like you do at Chases. If the deli salads where available when I visited today to buy the old dog a feemer, I'd have given 5 stars. They have thee tastiest macaroni salad but they are always "out" when I stop in. So 4 stars itiz

Amazing family and amazing quality of selection. Justin is absolutely a delight to talk to when we come in. Glad to support a family owned business and be provided with such high quality of service, product, and overall I just love coming here. I highly recommend to check this place out if you haven't before!

I brought a 75 pound deer in it was small but only got 19 pounds of meat back that seems a Little low I don’t think there was 56 pounds of bone. Just beware of these guys they never ever called me to ask me to come pick up my meat I had Twice they finally said oh yeah, we found it.

This place is incredible! We live in San Diego but make special trips to stock up on high quality meats! Haven't come across anything that I haven't enjoyed by them! My top recommended items are the bloody mary tri tip, california brisket baked beans, any of the breakfast sausages, southern style sausage, sweet chipotle and so much more that I cant choose from. Cant Express how much you need to go check this place out. The food and service is out of this world.

They have the best food in town... it's not only limited to meat. I always go to buy one thing and come out with 10, lol. Great customer service, always nice welcoming smiles!

Best meat shop hands down. They have a great selection. I really like their Italian green beans. Locally owned by an awesome family. 10/10 would recommend.

You can buy a variety of raw meat here or you can have a prepared lunch. Sandwiches and burgers are really good and not too expensive. Cooked tri-tips are priced a little high for what you get, but they are very flavorful.

Excellent customer service every time I go. Tri tip is wonderful and priced nicely to boot. Treat yourself to the Bloody Mary tri tip. Grab lunch while you're there. You won't be disappointed

OMG. finally got to buy some meat from this place and it's out of this world. Prices are great and everything I bought was heavenly. Service was fine and I'm going back to load up again.

They have very nice customer service. The sweetest most helpful employee's. Their meat packages is what I always go in to buy.
