I have been shopping at Charlie's for over 20 years now! I don't buy bacon or sausage anywhere else but there. I also buy choice cuts of beef there. I have no complaints at all. They're my favorite place to shop for meat.

Best cuts in town. Perfect smoke. Sausage and sticks. Jerky is killer. Bacon is great every time. Hamburger is perfect. Just flat out delicious butcher shop. Great people. Great business.

They're always super friendly and if you ever have questions on how to prepare the meat, they will offer suggestions. Best butchers in town. They have great cuts of meat there. If you dont mess it up you will be glad you got it from them. Their jerky is like the best. All cuts even pork shoulders come out perfect everytime. They got great meat sticks brats summer sausage hot dogs cheese. Just absolutely perfect everytime. You can lose track of time talking to them sometimes.

Typically I don’t take the time to write positive reviews. Honestly, reviews are reserved for restaurants and really irk me. However, Charlie’s is the perfect exception. This butcher shop is fantastic! Best prices I’ve seen from a butcher shop, friendliest staff also. Best country sausage I have ever had and jerky to die for. I will be returning for more very soon.

Best cuts of meat in town. They have the best of everything, steaks ,pork chops,smoked pork chops, ribs, ground beef, sausage,roasts,ham,old fashion hot dogs, lunch meats, cheeses,jerky, pepper sticks, and a lot more. I have been going here for 35 yrs and have never been disappointed. Owners and workers are great people. Try it and you will be back.

Hidden gem nestled on the edge of the frontage road. Mom and pop shop with limited hours. You may want to call ahead if you're making a trip and, do yourself a favor, make a trip. This one is not for vegans. On entering that smokehouse scent greets you and gets you salivating. We went in today for pork belly. We left with that, plus a tbone, rib steak, ground beef and regrets of NOT snagging some of their smoked meat. Everything is always amazingly fresh and absolutely delicious. Price points may run a touch higher than chain stores, justifiably! Note: Cash only.

If you love summer sausage it's the best in Minot, and the brats are awesome, not open on Mondays and Sunday

I ordered a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving and it was delicious. I typically smoke a turkey myself as a matter of tradition, but I heard about their smoked turkeys as being good. So I tried one. Charlie’s Country Sausage’s smoked turkey was better than I could do, so high praises to Rod, Peggy, Matt, Jarod, and crew.

The BEST. Quality cuts of MEAT. Try the pepper sticks, lil Smokey's, or the jerky! Great selection of cheese's and products. Old butcher shop feel, great people..Check it out.

They have real good sausage, jerky, beef sticks etc. These workers need to smile more though! Try to put people in a good mood when they come in to spend their money.

Best country sausage I’ve ever had, also, the bacon is amazing. Going to try everything eventually. I’ll be getting my bacon here from now on.

I love this place and family owned makes it even better.i try to get there once a month.but having troubles finding rides.Itd be more awesum if someone culd deliver for us without cars or people thay dont want to go to public places

Used to have deer sausage made there when lived in minot very good and bought meat there always good stuff stop there when go back to minot
