Best meat market around.. Family owned, friendly business. Excellent meat all around. REAL CHICKEN tender and juicy, not like the store bought cross between grizzle and who knows what that steroid injected tough stuff is they sell in grocery stores. Best beef, Brats and sausage I have had. Great prices. I will not buy meat anywhere else.
Excellent Butcher! Meat is cut, cured and smoked in a professional manner. The cured meats are excellent. This man is an accomplished butcher. His employees are great! Yummy!

We got our half cow butchered and prepared here, an excellent place to do business with! Edit for 2025: Picked up our half a cow again and this place does such an amazing job! We used to go to a place that was an hour from our house, but they were nowhere as good as Cedar County Meat Market. Cedar County Meat market is only 35 minutes from my house. So not only are they a better Meat market, it's more convenient!
Amazing pork and beef products. Love, love, love their bacon and ham. Their eggs are absolutely phenomenal! They also do beautiful processing for deer. I will never buy grocery store meat again.
Great selection of meat. We won't go anywhere else. We feel better eating local beef. Our health is better now and I don't even go to the meat section in any other store.

Just had 2 pigs butchered. The meat is beautifully cut to my family's specifications. Labeled so it's easy to find in my chest freezer. My favorite part this time is the bacon!!! This is the BEST bacon I have ever eaten. I absolutely LOVE it!
Excellent Job all around! Excellent customer service, excellent packaging, excellent cut on beef did just what we wanted. The ground they did is superb. We asked for lean and that is what we got. Not an easy task . We have done our own and it takes a lot of work to get ground this nice, without any gristle chunks and this lean. Nice Job would highly recommend them!
